What did Rock see? Black Lagoon Season 2 Episode 3

I don't understand what the freaky killing girl/boy/whatever the hell it is showed Rock near the end of the third ep, I often see parts like that in other anime and always seem to lack the ability to comprehend what happened. Any ideas?

When the kid lifted up his or her skirt? Well, they were molested and raped as children so I imagine it was some sort of disformity or disease that they got down there.

Oh, I believe that those two were actually cross-dressers when they felt like it. It had to do with their life philosophy, a way to coup with the possibility of losing one another.

If that were what it was, I wouldn't have stormed away pissed off.

I'd always just assumed they'd been mutilated or something during their molestation and abuse, and seeing it disturbed Rock enough for him to storm out.

Well there was one occasion on Comicket back then like 10 years ago probably, the author made a series of drawing about "What If" Black Lagoon was a TV-series scenario. On that drawing it showed that the both of the twins are actually girls. So given the twins original backstory, I think its safe to assume that both of them had some kind of sick surgery done to them like male genitalia being forcefully transplanted to the twins. That is why Rock feel so sickened when one of the twins showed her transformed genitalia as a "reward".
