well, this is the first wallpaper i have done, it was easy because i didn't do much to the original image. i chose to use white cause it made it a bit easier, although it doesn't matter, i'm awesome with the extraction tool
That's it? Just a line or two and it's 'done'? C'mon, you can do better than that. Really. Add something else because, quite frankly; it's TOO plain and dull. Also, the image of the girl is a bit grainy and blury, may want to fix that too.

yes it's a bit too plain.I suggest putting something techy that would match very well with the pict.but don't mind, every one of us had been criticized at first :lol: .

hmm yes I find it plain with two lines..of course simple is good..but here you can add some more stuff..something techy..lines..circles..etc.
i've been thinking of adding things before, i just haven't gotten around to doing them, but you see, i like having a pretty plain clean looking desktop. i don't even have any icons. but i'll do more things some time in the future

i agree with haruko, you did pretty good for your first one..i suggest putting the name of the character and the title of the show somewhere in the wall..other than that i think its fine

I find it quite good. A tip though: remove the border line, it'll look much better.

no show no scan. my friend has it on his site. i don't know, he said it was a girl from comic party. but i haven't seen much of comic party, just episode one. it could be true though.i just liked teh image and stuff. i'm not sure what else to do with it, because i like plain, simple looking backgrounds maybe inlarge the image, and make it in grey in teh background, and translucent or maybe make it more of a purpleish blue hue.
oh and about the line. you see, it had the border originally, i just modified it so it would be extended. if i wanted to take it out, it would take about an hour of using teh eye dropper and pencil tool
I've seen comic party but never seen that girl in it, so i dunno.
Look carefully at the girl, and you'll get it in no time. C'mon people think about this REALLY carefully. :P
It's a drawing of a girl representing the Sega Dreamcast. Look at her arm, and the symbol on her chest.
Oh, and the DREAMCAST type on her chest is another dead give away...
